Trial Great Apothecary Stats: 708622 HP, 334 SPD
Trial Great Apothecary’s Apprentice: 405900 HP, 200 SPD
You’ll want as many units on your team to have SPD greater than 334.
The Apothecary boss can remove your team’s Regen, so you’ll want to use units that can burst heal like Soleil, Lumis, Merret.
The boss casts a variety of status ailments: Fear/Paralyze/Poison, with the latter being the most deadly. If his poison is applied twice to the same unit, that unit can take more than 3000 damage during this turn.
Curing abnormal status ailment is very important here.
Alfyn, Hayes, Soleil and Theo can cure status ailments. Theo, Shelby and Rita also have passives that boost status ailments immunity of their paired ally by 50%.
If you have Hayes, you might want to give him an accessory that boosts his immunity by an additional 50% to receive total immunity. Hayes is arguably the best DPS unit we have for this tower.

Soleil and Lumis – front row burst healing
Backpack your main DPS with Merrit and give Merrit as much EATK as possible to receive thicc unremovable passive regens
When using “Attack”, restore HP equal to 10% of damage dealt
This seems somewhat lackluster but healing from normal attacks might see decent usage in long and drawn out battles. Keep in mind, you only heal from using normal attacks. Otherwise, slap this on your Axe DPS unit as a stat stick.
