Table of Contents
This is the tier list of the strongest units for every damage type in the global version of Octopath Traveler: COTC.Â
Every unit on the list is assumed to be max level, Awaken 1 (except for Arena units), and equipped with the best weapons. Arena champions are also given their exclusive accessories.
Ranking criteria:
- Most important criteria is raw damage from skills/ultimate AKA Unit Firepower
- 2nd is how important the unit is for that damage type; e.g buffs/debuffs
- 3rd is multi-hit abilities for shield breaking
