This is a subjective tier list of 3★ units in Outerplane by Smilegate in the SEA version of the game.
Because the game is so new, expect changes to happen to this list at any time.
Thanks to the in-game Codex feature, I was able to test out every unit at max level, their kit and especially their standalone damage.
Reroll Priority #
Depending on which team comp you plan to build, there’s a few amazing 3★ units to start the game with.
- Crit comp: Valentine with Noa or Maxwell
- Bleed comp: Beth with Eliza; Francesca is farmable in story
- General tanks: Veronica or Leo; we get Rhona for free
- Healer: Saeran
Use your free selector to pick Noa, Maxwell or Eliza. If you already have all three, then pick Laplace or Alice.
